Who We Are

With over 17 years of professional expertise in IT Management and Cybersecurity, as well as 10 years of experience in Community/Stakeholder Engagement. AAM's aim is to assist its corporate partners in achieving their mission objectives by offering superior technical management, consulting, and stakeholder/community engagement.

AAM Consulting LLC commenced operations in 2014 under the sole proprietorship of its Founding Member, Willie McAllister, with a focus on improving the community through sharing his knowledge of technology in order to encourage community people to pursue professions in the field of technology. Web design, cyber security, career counseling/mentoring, and job placement were among the initial initiatives.

Through his work, he realized that many of the barriers to helping his community find careers in technology could not be overcome through teaching and consulting alone. As a result, he founded AAM Consulting LLC 2019 with a mission to increase the capabilities of AAM to meet the needs of the community by creating job opportunities.
